Timeline
Delivery time can vary depending on the painting, but on average is 3 to 4 weeks. Exceptions to this will be noted on the site description of the painting. If you require express delivery (for an imminent wedding or birthday), please contact us by telephone 0121 288 2248 to arrange.
UPS and DPD take care of all our PremiumArt.co.uk deliveries. They ensure daytime delivery to the address specified by you (this can also be an alternative address, i.e. office or family if more convenient).

Cost
-Delivery by UPS or DPD: £15 (incl. postage, packing, and insurance cost to your door). (returns cost is £40)
-Collection by appointment: Free (available if you're willing to travel to the nearest pick up point. At present we have two pick up points, Islington, London or Perth, Scotland)
Discounts
When your order value exceeds £350 you will receive 5% discount on order total. Just fill in discount code 223 when placing your order. This discount cannot be used in combination with other reduction offers. In the event of ordering more than one painting per order, only the first painting will generate delivery cost.

Returns
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you will be refunded (minus delivery cost) on return of the painting to ourselves. We guarantee customer satisfaction! Delivery cost includes pickup from your home, and costs £40 approx. depending on the size of your painting.
